WHAT IS AXE THROWING?
Axe throwing got its start as part of lumberjack competitions and has risen in popularity in recent years, giving everyone a chance to showcase their strength and skill. It’s a target sport, similar to darts. Players stand behind a foul line and throw their axe to hit the target.
At Papa Docs, you’ll meet an axe throwing coach, who will coach you on safety, ways to throw, and how to throw successfully. Our goal is to bring out the inner Lumberjack (or Lumberjill) that is inside of you! Your session with us will highlight to you and your friends just how strong and talented you truly are.

Large Groups
We recommend no more than 6 players per lane to give each player plenty of opportunities to throw. If you have more than 6 players, please call to book.
During business hours we can accommodate a group of up to 20 players.
Walk-In
We welcome walk-in throwers but cannot guarantee lane availability to throw. Due to the popularity of this activity, we highly recommend booking online.
